Contact the Desk
One address, read by the people who write the entries. Corrections supported by documentation or an on-chain reference get the fastest response, because they are the messages that improve the site.
The address
Write to [email protected]. There is no form on this site, no newsletter and no chat widget, which is a deliberate choice: a form would need to store what you typed, and this site stores nothing about its visitors.
What gets a reply
- Corrections. Include the page, the passage and the source that contradicts it. Primary documentation or an on-chain reference is ideal.
- Mechanism questions. If an entry explains something badly, saying which paragraph lost you is genuinely useful and usually results in a rewrite.
- Coverage requests for a recurring situation the site does not yet describe, particularly where the mechanism is documented and checkable.
- Notices about broken links, stale venue descriptions or changed protocol parameters.
What does not
Requests for a view on a specific token, a price, an entry or an exit. The desk publishes no calls and will not make one privately either; a private opinion would carry all of the problems of a published one with none of the accountability.
Requests to add a paid link, a sponsored entry or a review of a product. Guest posts and syndicated content are not accepted. Requests to remove a factual statement without a source that contradicts it are read and not acted on.
Response times
This is a small desk and messages are read in batches rather than continuously. A correction with a source attached is the fastest category. Everything else is answered when there is time, and some messages receive no reply at all, which is not a judgement on the sender.
Before you write about an entry
Check the date at the top of the page. Venue mechanics change, and an entry that was accurate when written can describe a system that has since been altered. If that is what you have found, it is still worth reporting, and the fix is usually a revision rather than a correction.
If your question is about how the desk handles numbers, sourcing or outbound links, that is answered in full in how rules are written, and the scope of what the desk covers is set out in the desk notes.
